Our search process consists of three phases:
Initial Phase - Fact Finding and Search
- Through extensive discussions with the client, we determine job expectations and sort out the “must have’s” vs. the “nice to have’s”
- Develop a recruiting plan to pinpoint qualified labor professionals
- Identify interested candidates through our nationwide search network
- Qualify interested candidates against specific requirements of the open position
Phase Two - Interview
- Introduce professional to client
- Prepare both the client and candidate for the initial interview
- Provide feedback to both parties after the interview
- Prepare all subsequent interviews and keep both parties updated on interest level
Phase Three - The Offer
- Establish a compensation package and position responsibilities acceptable to both client and candidate
- Present offer to candidate
- Confirm timeline for start date
- Work with candidate on timing of resignation
- Contact client to confirm resignation and confirm start date of new position
- Post start date, follow up with both parties to confirm expectations were met and both parties are satisfied with placement
